This is our series where we gather after the hype of major releases to get real about what we think. Was the buzz deserved? Did the plot soar—or totally deflate? Whether you devoured it in a day or needed a breather halfway through, this is your space to gush, gripe, and geek out with readers who just get it.
For our next gathering, we're diving into Strangers by Belle Burden, a moving memoir that explores what it means to rebuild a life when everything familiar has shifted through themes of intimacy, identity in partnership, financial vulnerability, and finding the courage to begin again. These are universal experiences, but they may resonate especially with anyone navigating reinvention, belonging, or building a life far from home.
