About the event

When you feel caught in loops of overthinking, analyzing, and judging yourself for not being your “best self”,  mindfulness journaling offers a gentle way out. By practicing ways to redirect your attention from anxious, critical thoughts toward trusting who you are and the path you’re on, you can reconnect with your own sense of aliveness.


This workshop is inspired by the book, Taking the Leap: Freeing Yourself from Old Habits and Fears’ by Tibetan Buddhist meditation teacher and writer Pema Chödrön. Pema’s teachings have had a major influence on workshop leader, Helena’s life. She is passionate about sharing this deep soulful work with others.
