Inner Adventure Workshop with Maneba Collective

Join us for an evening of movement, creativity, and self-discovery. The Inner Adventure Workshop is a guided experience that invites you to explore not only the world around you, but also the landscapes within.

Together, we will:

- Warm up with music and free movement to awaken the body and open our creative flow.

- Embark on a symbolic “inner journey” through drawing and writing, using images like mountains, rivers, caves, and lighthouses to explore challenges, inspirations, and transformations.

- Share our journeys in pairs, cultivating presence and deep listening.

- Close with a guided meditation and circle of words, grounding the experience with a personal intention.
