Everyone has a story.

At Overheard, you’re encouraged to tell yours.

All you have to do is throw your name in the bowl for a chance to be called up to the mic. If your name is called, you’ll stand up to tell a true story in 10 minutes or less based on the night’s theme.

This month, our theme is guts. Have you ever spilled your guts? Tess us about it. Was there a time when you had to prove you had guts? We want to hear about it. Maybe you have a story about some actual gut issues you’ve experienced: Gas or IBS on a first date? Vomiting at a funeral? Near-death food poisoning? Those stories are welcome, too—even if they gross us out.

However you want to interpret the theme, come ready to spill your guts!
