About the event
The adoption of AI is accelerating in all areas of economic activity - in all verticals and across consumers, public and private sectors. In this event we will discuss key success factors in AI adoption, we will deconstruct AI jargon using plain language, and cover numerous use cases in full production across all verticals.
About the speaker:
Carlos Escapa is Executive in Residence at Across Legal in Barcelona Spain. He has held various roles at Amazon Web Services and Meta AI in Silicon Valley, where he specialised in the development of industrial alliances and global go-to-market ecosystems. Prior to that he was co-founder and CEO of VirtualSharp Software, with a successful exit to Unitrends Inc (Insight Venture Partners). Carlos has an MS from Virginia Tech in Computer Science, and a BS from Illinois State University. He is a guest lecturer of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence at Berkeley-Haas, ESADE and IE.
