Be guided in insightful and creative writing exercises to help release your inner-critic and transform the voice that tells you, "you can't, don’t try, you're not enough, you'll never be good enough." Sound familiar? You're not alone. This inner dialogue holds us back from going after the jobs, relationships, and confidence we truly desire.

 

In this workshop, the facilitator and therapist Helena Fierle will share writing exercises inspired by the book, ‘Writing Down the Bones’ from the renown writing teacher and Buddhist practitioner, Natalie Goldberg. Within a supportive circle of community learn a journaling practice that helps you let go of negative thoughts and tap into the authentic, unfiltered you.
